以松香和二乙烯三胺为原料合成了松香基咪唑啉, 并采用氯乙酸钠对合成产物进行季铵化改性, 得到水溶性松香基咪唑啉季铵盐. 通过失重法和电化学方法测试了该季铵盐在60 ℃的CO2饱和3% NaCl溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能. 结果表明, 水溶性松香基咪唑啉季铵盐对Q235钢有很好的缓蚀作用, 150 mg/L用量时缓蚀率超过90%. 该缓蚀剂是一种以阳极抑制为主的缓蚀剂, 遵循Langmuir吸附等温式, 在钢表面发生自发吸附, 存在较强的吸附作用力.
Rosinyl imidazolium was synthesized using rosin and diethylenetriamine, and then was modified to produce water soluble quaternary ammonium salt by sodium monochloroacetate. The corrosion inhibition effect of the quaternary ammonium salt was investigated by mass loss and electrochemical methods for mild steel in CO2-saturated 3%NaCl solution at 60 ℃. The results showed that the water soluble rosinyl imidazolium quaternary ammonium salt showed excellent corrosion inhibition for mild steel, with an inhibition efficiency above 90% for a dose of 150 mg/L. The inhibitor mainly prohibited the anodic process of corrosion and the inhibition effect obeyed the Langmuir adsorption isothermal equation. The inhibitor could be adsorbed on the surface of steel by chemical adsorption.
