在酸性化学镀Ni-P合金镀液中加入硫酸铜和光亮剂, 成功研制了一种钢铁件的全光亮化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金工艺, 检测了镀液和镀层性能, 探讨了主要成分和工艺条件对化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金镀层性能的影响. 结果表明, 所形成的Ni-Cu-P合金镀层结晶细致、光泽高, 具有较高的装饰性, 镀层耐蚀性、耐磨性和镀液稳定性优于酸性化学镀Ni-P合金工艺.
A new technology of full-bright electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy plating for steel pieces was investigated by adding copper sulfate and brightener into an acidic electroless plating Ni-Cu-P solution. The effect of main components of electrolytes and parameters of process on the performance of the Ni-Cu-P alloy deposit was examined. The results indicated that the obtained electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy deposit was of good compactness, high brightness and decorativeness. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the deposit and the stability of the plating solution were all superior to those of acidic electroless Ni-P alloy plating.
