为制作低铁损的变压器和发动机铁芯,硅钢在生产时必须进行绝缘涂层涂覆工艺.目前,多种非取向硅钢涂层和取向硅钢涂层已在生产中得到了广泛应用.本文简述了硅钢用绝缘涂层的分类、性能及涂覆工艺;介绍了近期非取向硅钢和取向硅钢用绝缘涂层技术的相关研究进展,详细阐述了环保无铬涂层方面的研究进展;并提出了硅钢绝缘涂层向无铬绝缘涂层发展的趋势.
In order to produce the iron core of transformer and engine with low iron loss, it is necessary to cover insulating coatings on the silicon steel surface. At present, many types of coatings for oriented silicon steel and non-oriented silicon steel have been widely used in production. In this paper, the types, properties, and covering methods of insulating coatings for silicon steel were reviewed; the recent research developments in insulating coatings for oriented silicon steel and non-oriented silicon steel were introduced; the research progress of environmental friendly chromium-free coating was elaborated, and the development trend of silicon steel insulating coatings, which is chromium-free coating, was proposed.
