采用低碳微合金成分在某4300宽厚板轧机上试制了Q460qE钢,通过合理的控轧控冷工艺,使钢板获得了良好的力学性能和金相组织。通过分析试制结果可知,采用较低的精轧温度,使得钢板中有一定的多边形铁素体形成,同时降低了组织中M/A组元的百分含量,从而提高了钢板的韧性。

Q460qE steel, whose composition was adopted low carbon and micro-alloyed, was developed in some 4300 wide and heavy plate mill. And the good mechanical performance and microstructures of plate were obtained by reasonable TMCP technology. From the results of industrial experiment, it can be known that polygonal ferrite increased and M/A constituent decreased with the decrease of finish rolling temperature, and those can increase the impact toughness of the plate.
