针对某电厂1号锅炉吹灰器附近水冷壁管存在严重腐蚀现象并伴有明显冲损痕迹,进行宏观检查和取样分析,结果表明,水冷壁管发生了高温腐蚀和吹灰蒸汽、煤粉颗粒的冲刷,提出了防治对策与建议.
There was serious corrosion and erosion on boiler watercooler tube nearby sootblower in a power plant.Visual inspection and sampling analysis was performed on the failed tubes.The result shows that the failure is due to a complex coure in terms of hightemperature corrosion and steam plus coal powders erosion on watercooler tube.Thereafter,relevant protection measures and suggestions are proposed.
