溅射Fe_(82)Si_6B_(12)非晶合金膜的晶化动力学研究

用动态原位电镜观察方法研究了直流溅射Fe_(82)Si_(6)B_(12)非晶合金膜的晶化动力学过程结果表明:溅射Fe_(82)Si_6B_(12)非晶合金膜的晶化类型为初晶晶化,初晶产物为α(Fe,Si)长大以枝晶方式进行,长大方向沿<110>晶向.α(Fe,Si)初晶形核采取瞬态均匀形核,晶核初始的形状为圆形和多角形,并很快发展成枝晶.α(Fe,Si)枝晶的长大是由B原子在非晶合金中的长程扩散控制的,根据对长大过程的动力学分析,得到了B原子在溅射Fe_(82)Si_(6)B_(12)非晶合金膜中的自扩散系数,且扩散系数与退火温度之间符合Arrhenius关系.

电泳沉积制备氧化钇稳定的二氧化锆薄膜

采用恒压电泳沉积方法在Ni-YSZ(氧化钇稳定的氧化锆)阳极基体上制备YSZ电解质膜, 研究了悬浮体系YSZ含量、外加电压、沉积时间对电泳过程及YSZ膜层质量的影响. 结果表明, YSZ含量为20 g/L, 沉积电压为10 V, 沉积时间\linebreak 5 min时, 恒压电泳一次即可得到均匀致密的YSZ膜. 膜层与基体结合紧密, 厚度约为10 μm.

铜表面BTA薄膜在强酸中耐蚀性的电化学阻抗研究

用电化学阻抗法研究铜在强酸中添加BTA(苯并三唑)及铜表面预覆BTA薄膜后在强酸中的耐蚀行为和机理。研究表明:在强酸溶液中,BTA与二价铜离子形成不同配位数的Cu—BTA配合物,在硫酸中抑制阳极反应,在盐酸中抑制阴极反应。在铜表面预覆BTA薄膜,对铜有更好的防蚀保护性能。

Superelasticity of NiTi Shape Memory Alloy Thin Films

The superelastic properties of NiTi thin films prepared with sputtering were studied. To characterize their superelasticity, tensile and bulging and indentation tests were performed. The measured mechanisms using these three methods were compared, and the factors that influence superelasticity were described.

Preparation of Fe3O4 Film by in-situ Oxidative Hydrolysis on Chitosan

The Fe3O4 films were prepared by in-situ oxidative hydrolysis on chitosan. The structures and characteristics of the prepared Fe3O4 films were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atom force microscopy (AFM), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) and thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA). The results show that, (1) the as-synthesized Fe3O4 films are pure Fe3O4 with cubic inverse spinel structure; (2) the network structured film can be obtained at lower temperature, and the compact particle film at higher temperature; (3) the prepared Fe3O4 films are super-paramagnetic, and the saturation magnetization is improved with increasing the reaction temperature, which is 49.03 emu/g at 80℃; (4) the temperature of phase transformation from F Fe3O4 to α-Fe2O3 is about 495℃. Besides, the formation mechanism of Fe3O4 film was also proposed.

Microstructural characteristics of epitaxial BaSrNb0.3Ti0.7O3 film

Microstructural characteristics in the BaSrNb0:3Ti0:7O3 thin film, grown on SrTiO3 substrate by computercontrolled laser molecular beam epitaxy, were characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is found that the film is single-crystallized and epitaxially grown on the SrTiO3 substrate forming a flat and distinct interface. Anti-phase domains were identified, and the crystallographic features of mismatch dislocations at the interface between film and substrate were clarified. The high conductivity of the present film was discussed from the viewpoint of Nb dopant and the nitrogen atmosphere.

The protective properties of high-temperature oxide film in 3.5% NaCl solution

The electrochemical behaviors of high temperature oxide film formed on the sputtered microcrystalline coating of M38 alloy (mc-M38) were investigated by potentiodynamic and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) techniques in 3.5% NaCl solution. Mott-Schottky analysis was used to study the semi-conductive properties of the surface oxide. The results of the capacitance measurements showed that the oxide films on both the coating and the cast alloy were p-type semiconducting characteristics. Both the carrier density (Na) and the flat band potential (Efb) were obviously frequency-dependent, and the optimal frequency range was from 1000 to 1500 Hz. The oxidized coating exhibited higher protectivity than the oxidized cast alloy due to the lower carrier density compared with that of the oxidized cast alloy. The EIS data of the long-term immersing tests suggested that the oxide film served as an inner-barrier layer against chloride ions. The penetration of the aggressive ions into the surface oxide resulted in the decreased polarization resistance as a function of the immersion time.

THE LIGHT INDUCED CHANGE IN TRANSIENT PHOTOCONDUC-TIVITY OF POLYMORPHOUS SILICON FILMS

The decays of transient photoconductivity and their light-induced changes of polymor-phous silicon (pm-Si:H) films were investigated. The decays can be fit fairly well bya sum of two exponential decay functions, which indicates that there arc two kindsof traps contributing to the process. The light-induced changes of the concentrationand energy level of the traps were estimated. The results show that the light-inducedchanges in trap energy position Et, trap concentration Nt as well as photoconductivityare markedly less for pm-Si:H than that for a-Si:H.

反应磁控溅射法制备的氮掺杂TiO2光催化膜的氮化学态和光催化活性

采用中频交流磁控溅射法,以O2/N2混和气为反应气体,在铝片上沉积了氮掺杂TiO2膜.利用原子力显微镜、紫外-可见光谱、X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱等手段研究了掺杂膜的表面形貌、光吸收性能、物相组成以及膜样品中氮的化学态,并通过苯甲酰胺的光催化降解实验对光催化剂活性进行了评价.结果表明,所得掺杂膜仅能够被紫外光所激发,反应气的配比对膜的形貌和TiO2的锐钛矿/金红石相比率均有影响,而氮在膜中以掺杂N3-、表面吸附N2和固溶N2的形式存在.随着N3-掺入量的增加,掺杂膜的光催化活性显著提高,在反应气体组成为N2/(O2+N2)=80%(体积分数)时,掺杂N3-量为0.594%,苯甲酰胺光催化降解效果最好,其活性约为纯TiO2膜的1.5倍.

蓖麻油基UV固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及固化膜性能

以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇(PEG)、聚己二酸丁二醇、蓖麻油(CO)、二羟甲基丙烯酸(DMPA)、双酚A和丙烯酸羟乙酯为原料合成了一系列蓖麻油基UV固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA),通过配方优化获得了综合性能良好、高绝缘性、高附着力的绝缘油墨用PUA树脂.通过红外光谱、热重分析、导电和接触角测定等对树脂及固化膜性能进行了表征.结果表明,-NCO基团处的特征吸收峰的消失,氨基甲酸酯键及C=C特征峰的出现表明了整个反应体系是朝着实验设计的方向进行的;随着CO/PEG摩尔比的增加,PUA低聚物的耐热性提高,导电性能减弱.同时探讨了CO/PEG摩尔比,CO/聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)摩尔比和DMPA含量等对涂膜性能的影响,结果表明,CO/PEG摩尔比为1/6,CO/PBA摩尔比为1/3,PBA/PEG为1/2,DMPA的质量为所有组分总质量的1.5%时,光固化后的涂膜综合性能优异.
