为了提高钢芯铝绞线钢芯的耐蚀性,采用植酸对其活化再化学镀覆Ni-P合金,研究了植酸活化处理对钢芯钢表面Ni-P镀层耐蚀性的影响.采用SEM和EDS对Ni-P镀层腐蚀前后的形貌和成分进行了分析,在1mol/L H2SO4+3 %NaCl混合溶液中测定了其极化曲线,比较了其腐蚀速率;利用超声波振荡法研究了植酸活化前后Ni-P镀层与基体的结合力.结果表明:钢芯表面经植酸活化后Ni-P镀层的胞状凸起细小,结构更加均匀、致密,与基体有较好的结合力;植酸活化后,Ni-P镀层的腐蚀电位变大,腐蚀电流减小,腐蚀9h时Ni-P镀层表面几乎无变化.

In order to improve the corrosion resistance of steel cores from the aluminum cable steel reinforced (ACSR),Ni-P alloy coating was prepared by electroless plating after the pre-activation of phytic acid,and the effect of phytic acid on the corrosion resistance of Ni-P coating was studied.The SEM and EDS were employed to characterize the morphology and composition of Ni-P alloy before and after corro sion test.In addition,the polarization curve and the corrosion resistance were compared by immersion experiments in 1 mol/L H2SO4+3 % NaC1,and the adhesion force between Ni-P coating and the substrate before and after activation by phytic aicd was studied by ultrasonic vibration method.Results showed that after activated by phytic acid,the Ni-P coating on the surface of steel core possessed smaller cellular bulge,more uniform and denser structure,and better adhesion force with the substrate.Besides,after activated by phytic acid,the corrosion potential of Ni-P coating increased,while the corrosion current decreased.For 9 h of corrosion test,little changes were observed on the surface of Ni-P coating.
