Ag-Mg-Ni合金的内氧化影响其显微组织和力学性能.研究了Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni合金在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和力学性能变化.结果表明,随着热处理温度增加,合金的显微硬度先降后升,金相显微组织由典型的纤维状特征转变为等轴晶;随着保温时间延长,晶粒逐渐长大,硬度提高;热处理温度在400℃以上时,Ag-Mg-Ni合金开始发现内氧化,升高温度能够加速内氧化过程,600℃保温6 h或800℃保温2 h可获得显微硬度(Hv0.02)在140以上的Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni.

Internal oxidation is very important for achieving desired microstructure and mechanical properties of Ag-Mg-Ni alloy. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni alloy were studied under different heat treatment conditions. The results indicate that the micro hardness of the alloy decreased first and then increased as the heat treatment temperature went up, accompanied by the transformation of the microstructure from typical fibrous structure to equiaxed grains. With the heat preservation time prolonged, the grains grew larger and the hardness was enhanced. When the heat treatment temperature exceeded 400℃, the internal oxidation of Ag-Mg-Ni alloy began to occur, and the oxidation process could be accelerated by raising temperature. Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni with a value of Hv0.02 more than 140 was yielded when heated at 600℃ for 6 h or 800℃for 2 h.
