采用溶胶-凝胶法制备钛酸钡基符合Y5V标准的MLCC用介质陶瓷材料,粉体经包覆改性后所制备的陶瓷材料的性能会得到优化,能够充分体现出包覆这种掺杂改性的方法对陶瓷材料性能的优化所体现的意义和价值.采用沉淀法制备具有“芯-壳”结构的BZTZN@A12 O3复合粉体,研究A12O3包覆对BZTZN基陶瓷体系微观结构及介电性能的影响规律.

MLCC ceramics materials of BaTiO3-basedwith Y5V standard were prepared by sol-gel method.The study found that the properties of ceramics materials would be optimized after the powders coating modified.So the coated modification is very important in optimization performance of ceramics materials.The BZTZN@Al2O3 composite powders with "core-shell" was prepared by co-precipitation.The effects of different Al2O3 coated contents on the phase composition,microstructure,and dielectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramics were investigated.
