Study on Fluoride Content and in Vitro Release of Duraphat

以多乐氟为研究对象,进行了紫外分光光度法测定多乐氟中氟化钠含量的方法学研究,并以纯化水为溶出介质,测定了多乐氟48h的体外释放.结果显示,氟化钠在8.896μg～62.272μg有良好的线性,R2=0.997.48h的累积释放量为6.57％.

The research object is Duraphat.We studied on UV spectrophoto-metry to deter-mine the content of sodium fluorid in the methodology research.We also used the purifi-ed water as the dissolution medium,determined the in vitro release of Duraphat in 48 hours.The results showed that sodium fluoride has a good linear in 8.896μg ～62.272μg,R2 =0.997.The cumulative release of 48 hours was 6.57％.
