聚合物基复合材料的断面具有限层次的分形结构.首先介绍了触针式轮廓仪测量技术、微型貌图仪测量技术、光干涉显微测量技术和SEM测量技术等常用的材料轮廓曲线的测量技术的工作原理及其适用范围;其次分析了包括垂直界面法、尺码法、盒维数法、方差法、结构函数法、协方差加权法、功率谱法和均方根法在内的现有轮廓曲线分形维数的测算方法的基本原理.最后,文章指出该研究领域的主要发展方向.

The fracture surface of the polymer composites has fractal structure with limited level.The operating principle and application range of measuring technologies for measuring the contour curve of fracture surface of the polymer composites including the stylusprofilometer measuring technology,the micro topographyinstrument measuring technology,the microscopicinterferometry,and scanning electron microscope measuring technology were introduced firstly.Then,the basic principles of the calculation methods for calculating the fractal dimension of the fracture surface of the polymer composites including the vertical section method,the size method,the box counting dimension method,the variance method,the structure function method,the covariance weighting method,power spectrum method and root mean square method were analyzed.At last,the developing direction of the research area was proposed.
