利用Formastor-F全自动相变仪测定了不同稀土含量BT100H钢的临界点Ac1、Ac3,并绘制BT100H钢的连续冷却转变曲线.结果表明,稀土元素镧使BT100H试验钢的临界点Ac1升高了27℃,Ms升高了12℃,并且抑制了该试验钢中先共析铁素体的析出;由于镧的加入,BT100H钢贝氏体相变的冷速区间变宽,可以在极慢的冷速下获得贝氏体.

The critical points of BT100H steel with different rare earth contents were determined by Formastor-F full automatic transformation instrument,and the continuous cooling transformation curves of BT100H steel were measured.The results showed that due to the addition of La element,the critical point Ac1 of the test BT100H steel increased by 27 ℃ and the Ms increased by 12 ℃,and the precipitation of eutectoid ferrite in the test steel was also inhibited.Due to the addition of La element,the cooling rate range of bainite transformation became wider,so the bainite could be obtained at a very slow cooling rate.
