采用搅拌铸造法,以SiC颗粒为增强相,制备铝基复合材料.以所得试样的密度和磨损率为目标函数,以搅拌温度(A)、搅拌速度(B)、搅拌时间(C)为变量进行正交优化设计.结果表明,搅拌因素对复合材料密度的影响顺序为:B>C>A;对磨损率的影响顺序为:B>A>C.制备SiC增强铝基复合材料的最佳工艺参数为:搅拌温度780℃,搅拌速度300 r/min,搅拌时间40 min.

SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite was prepared by stirring casting method.The orthogonal optimization design was carried out by taking the density and wear rate of the sample as objective functions,taking the stirring temperature (A),stirring speed (B) and stirring time (C) as design variables.The results showed that the order of stirring factors affecting the density of the composites was B > C > A;the order of affecting the wear rate was B > A > C.The optimal parameters of preparing SiC reinforced aluminum matrix composite were as follows:stirring temperature of 780 ℃,stirring speed of 300 r/min,stirring time of 40 min.
