紫外光固化涂料在实际的应用中也存在与常规涂料相似的流变问题,比如沉降问题、流挂问题以及触变假稠带来的供料和流平问题.文章针对助剂对紫外光固化涂料流变行为的影响进行了实验和分析,并且通过选择合适的助剂来改善紫外光固化涂料的流平性、防沉降性以及抗流挂性.
Rheological characteristic is one of the most important characteristics of liquid coatings.It might determine the usability and application performance of liquid coatings.UV-curable coating has a similar rheology issue as conventional coatings,such as leveling,settlement,sagging and the feeding problem caused by the rheological property.In this paper,the rheological behavior of additives in UV-curable coatings has been investigated.Thus,the suitable additives are selected to improve the leveling,anti-settling and anti-sagging performance.
