采用化学修饰方法,在羧基化多壁碳纳米管的基础上,合成制备了酮化和吡唑化多壁碳纳米管材料.通过红外光谱、拉曼光谱、扫描电镜、元素分析、热失重分析对产物进行了理化性质表征,并在人脐带血衍生的非限制性体干细胞(UssC)上研究了该产物的细胞毒性.结果显示,酮化多壁碳纳米管的细胞毒性低于吡唑化多壁碳纳米管.
