采用溶胶-凝胶过程与静电纺丝技术相结合,以氧化镧、氧化铽、磷酸二氢铵和聚丙烯腈(PAN)为主要原料,制备了稀土Tb3+离子掺杂的LaPO4(LaPO4∶Tb)微米纤维.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)、差热-热重(TG-DTA)和X射线光电能谱(XPS)等分析测试手段对所得样品的结构和形貌进行表征,并用荧光光谱仪进行了光谱性质分析.结果表明:产物为单斜结构LaPO4,具有较为规则的纤维形貌,单根纤维直径约为150 nm.XRD图谱显示Tb3+取代La3+进入LaPO4晶格,但在LaPO4∶Tb微米纤维的荧光光谱上没有出现PO43-发射峰,这表明LaPO4是良好的发光基质材料,所制备的LaPO4∶Tb微米纤维荧光强度大且稳定.
