首次利用熔融冷却法制备了Yb3+/Er3+共掺透明微晶玻璃,即玻璃熔体在冷却过程中自发地析出纳米晶.探索了稀土氧化物和碱金属氧化物对磷硅酸盐玻璃熔体冷却过程中的自发结晶行为和上转换发光性能的影响.当玻璃组成中的碱金属氧化物仅有Na2O时,引入0.5%Yb2 O3和0.125% Er2O3(摩尔分数)后晶体类型由Na3PO4变为Zn2SiO4晶体;K2O取代部分Na2O后未对掺杂前后的晶体类型产生影响,但是显著降低了Na3PO4或Zn2SiO4的结晶度;Li2O取代部分Na2O后,掺杂前后熔体自发析出的晶体都是Li3PO4.对于上转换发光性能,结晶程度越高,上转换发射强度越大,与碱金属氧化物种类无关,并给出了相关理论解释.本研究对稀土掺杂纳米晶透明微晶玻璃的节能环保型制造方式具有一定的理论意义和应用价值.
