充填体强度是影响充填采矿法应用的关键因素之一。从充填体强度设计和稳定性分析入手,应用工程类比法和理论分析计算方法,开展了充填体强度与采矿方法的匹配研究。研究应用表明,针对不同采矿方法和回采顺序对充填体强度的要求不同,匹配研究可确定合理、经济的灰砂配比,有效控制充填体胶结材料用量,降低充填成本,达到控制采矿损失贫化,降低采矿成本的目的。

@@@@The strength of backfilling materials is one of the deciding factors of the selection of backfilling meth-ods.Started from the design of backfilling material strength and stability ,the study used engineering analogy and theo-retical analysis methods to conduct the matching of mining method and strength of backfilling materials .The study shows that for different strength required by different mining method and recovery sequence ,the matching study could determine proper and economical cement-sand ratio and thus effectively control the amount of the cementing materials , lowers filling costs and achieves the goal of a low dilution rate and mining cost .
