金水泉金矿床位于新疆东准地区卡拉麦里成矿带西段,产于清水-苏吉泉大断裂与卡拉麦里深断裂之间;区内构造活动强烈,次级断裂、裂隙发育,自矿脉向围岩发育一套较完整的韧-脆性变形体系,构成以NW向为主的强蚀变碎裂岩带;区内岩浆活动频繁,老鸦泉岩体呈条带状分布于区内北部,构成金属元素迁移活化富集的强大热源;地层出露古老的变质岩系及金丰度值较高的中泥盆统浅海相碎屑岩,并均已接受后期强烈的变形变质,发育糜棱面理、石香肠、剪切褶皱等构造形迹,具韧-脆性剪切变形特征;矿体呈带状、透镜状赋存于与NW向韧-脆性构造体系相交的雁列式扩容带、剪切裂隙中,形态、分布严格受韧-脆性剪切带空间制约,随应变作用加强并在叠加后期脆性变形(石英脉发育)时矿化富集明显。

The Jinshuiquan gold deposit is located in the west part of Kalamari mineralization belt in East Junggar region,between the Qingshui-Sujiquan fault and the Kalamari deep fracture .There are strong tectonic activities and secondary-faults,fissures in this area ,and an integrated system of ductile-brittle deformation formed from mineral vein to wall rock,resulting strong altered cataclastic rock belts mainly trending NW .Frequent magmatic activities in this ar-ea and the intrusive rock mass of stripped form in Laoyaquan occurring in the north area constitute the intense hot source that drives the metal element movement and enrichment .Out of the strata expose mainly ancient metamorphic rocks and the clastic rocks of shallow sea faces in middle-Devonian Period which with high gold background value .Af-fected by metamorphic alteration in late phase of the period ,the two kinds of rocks developed mylonitic texture ,bou-din,and shear fold,etc.,and bear the characteristic of ductile-brittle shear deformation.The gold ore-bodies in form of belts and lens occurred in the diagonal expander belt and shear fissure which intersected with the NW trending ductile -brittle tectonic systems ,whose shape and distribution are controlled strictly by the space of ductile-brittle shear zone . The mineralization and enrichment became more obviously as the stress was enforced and in the multi -brittle deforma-tion( quartz vein obtaining ) .
