生物氧化反应器立式机械搅拌器实现气液固三相间的均匀混合,加速传热和传质过程。介绍了搅拌轴的结构及作业工况,分析了断轴受力和焊接对材质的影响以及多种腐蚀、设计缺陷、工作磨损、误操作对断轴的影响。通过对断轴原因分析与掌握,减少了工程应用中断轴现象,从而提高设备的使用寿命。

The standing mechanical stirring device of bio-oxidation reactor realizes balanced stirring of gas-solid-air phases and accelerates heat and mass transfer process .The paper introduces the structure of the stirring bearing and its operation conditions ,analyzes the stress of broken bearings and influence welding has on materials as well as ero -sion,designing deficiency ,wearing and maloperation have on them .Through analysis and understanding of the cause , bearing break during industrial application could be reduced so that the service life of facilities is prolonged .
