The paper goes into field works ,analyzes the forming process of gold mine cultures ,problems and the significance it bears to innovate and develop .It proposes that the culture be humanistic ,practical,featured,ambitious and systematic ,which will lift the culture innovation and development to a higher level and is worth referring to .
