研究了采用酸溶解-铅试金富集-原子吸收光谱法测定整块印刷线路板中金的方法,并与传统的酸溶解-原子吸收光谱法和铅试金富集-原子吸收光谱法进行了比较。将整块印刷线路板用王水加热溶解后定容,再分取适量试液进行铅试金富集,所得的金银合粒用酸溶解后,直接采用原子吸收光谱法测定其中的金。该方法应用于实际样品分析,测定值与铅试金富集-原子吸收光谱法的测定值相符,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.56%~0.72%( n=5)。该方法能够满足整块印刷线路板中金的检测要求,测定方法快速、准确。

A method of acid dissolution-lead fire assay enrichment -FAAS for the determination of gold in whole printed circuit board scraps was researched and compared with traditional acid dissolution -FAAS and lead fire assay-FAAS methods .The sample was heated and dissolved in aqua regia and diluted in a volumetric flask .Lead fire assa-ying was used to enrich the gold in the volume taken from the volumetric flask .Gold in silver beads were dissolved in acid and determined by FAAS .The proposed method was applied to the analysis of actual samples and the determina-tion results were consistent with those obtained by lead fire assay -FAAS method , the relative standard deviation (RSD) were 0.56%and 0.72%(n=5).This method could meet the analytical requirement of gold in whole prin-ted circuit board scraps and is time-saving and accurate .
