企业要在复杂的经济形势下生存发展,确定明晰的企业发展战略是关键。对陕西太白黄金矿业有限责任公司发展战略进行研究,应用企业战略管理的基本理论和分析方法,从行业特点出发,结合当前中国经济形势和国内黄金行业发展形势,深入探讨了太金公司发展战略的形成机制和实施方法。结合太金公司的基本情况对其外部环境和内部资源能力进行了详细的阐述;总结分析了太金公司所面临的机遇、威胁以及存在的优势和劣势,综合应用战略管理分析方法,即SWOT分析法、SPACE分析法对太金公司的战略加以分析和评价,确定了适合太金公司发展的战略;提出了确保太金公司战略顺利实施的具体措施。

Development strategy is extremely important if enterprises intend to survive the fierce competition in e-conomic world .The paper studied the development strategy of Shaanxi Taibai Gold Mining Corporation Limited ,and u-sing the basic theory and analysis method of enterprise strategy management ,considering characteristics of the circle , associating economic status domestic and overseas ,discusses the formation mechanism and implementation manners of the strategy.Based on fundamentals of Taibai company ,it also in detail introduced the company's outer environment and inner resources ,summarized opportunities , challenges the company faces together with its advantages and disad-vantages .SWOT and SPACE analysis methods are applied to analyze and evaluate the company's strategy ,determining suitable development strategy for Taibai company .And at last ,measures to ensure smooth implementation of the strate-gy are suggested .
