分析和阐述了河南省黄金产业发展现况，提出河南省黄金产业发展对策：基于新型工业化道路视角下的河南省黄金产业应该在加强产业发展规划、完善政策法规体系、加大技术投入力度、健全行业准入规范、丰富资本运作方式、推动企业结构调整和实施“走出去”战略等方面实现又好又快发展。
The paper analyzes and elucidates the development status of gold industry in Henan Province ,and puts forward strategies for it .Based on the perspective of innovative industrialization ,the strategy includes strengthening de-velopment planning ,completing policy and regulation system ,intensifying investment ,perfecting permission code of the entire industry ,diversifying operations of capital running ,advancing adjustment of enterprise structures and implemen-ting going out strategy ,all of these aiming at a good and rapid development .
