针对内蒙古某铜铅矿矿石性质,进行了浮选试验研究。采用铜铅混合浮选后再进行抑铅浮铜,且选用自行配制的组合抑制药剂TZ11,获得了铜精矿铜品位24.59%、铜回收率86.11%,铅精矿铅品位52.81%、铅回收率73.11%的较好技术指标。

According to the characteristics of one copper-lead ore in Inner Mongolia ,experimental research is car-ried out.The process of bulk flotation prior to selective separation of copper is used .Combined inhibitor TZ11 devel-oped independently is applied .The flotation flowsheet has got a better technical index:copper concentrate grade of 24 .59 %and recovery rate of 86 .11 %;lead concentrate grade of 52 .81 %and recovery rate of 73 .11 %.
