浸出搅拌槽是氰化提金工艺中的重要设备之一。以海沟金矿选矿厂双叶轮浸出搅拌槽改造为工程背景,简要介绍了双叶轮浸出搅拌槽结构、工作原理及特点;针对搅拌槽运行工况问题,分析总结了搅拌槽减速机底座压套改造过程及使用效果。改造工程实践值得设备设计和应用中借鉴。

Leaching agitator is one of the important facilities in gold cyanidation process.The paper takes the modification of double-blade leaching agitator in ore-dressing plant of Haigou Gold Mine as the engineering back-ground,introduces the structure of double-blade leaching agitator, its working mechanism and features.Based on the operation of the agitator,the modification process of pressure sleeves in reducer base of the agitator and its effects are analyzed and summarized.The modification process can be referred to in equipment design and application.
