高级检索

对某选矿厂浸吸流程、炭浸槽氰化钠质量分数、浸吸槽炭质量浓度进行了考查,分析了炭浸厂存在的问题,进而实施了技术改造。通过缩短浸出时间、降低浸出氰化钠质量分数、提高浸吸尾槽炭质量浓度等技术措施,年可节电约80多万 kW? h,节约氰化钠60多 t,多回收黄金约3.5 kg,经济效益显著。

The paper investigated the leaching and adsorption process, mass fraction of sodium cyanide in CIL leaching cell,mass concentration of carbon in leaching and adsorption cell in Sunit ore-dressing plant,and analyzed problems existing in CIL plant and further led to technical renovation.Shortening leaching time,reducing mass fraction of sodium cyanide in leaching and increasing carbon mass concentration in leaching and adsorption cell and such measures can save power consumption of 80 ×104 kW? h and sodium cyanide of 60 t,increase gold recovery by 3.5 kg,offering significant economic benefits.
