某贫硫高石英脉型岩金矿床,其原矿中金品位仅为1.05 g/t,且基本为“不可见型”的原子态晶格金嵌存于黄铁矿晶格之中。针对该岩金矿矿石中载金矿物(黄铁矿)嵌布不均匀,部分微细粒黄铁矿与细粒脉石连生或包裹的特性,试验确定了采用直接浮选工艺流程获得高品位的金硫精矿。该流程采用组合捕收剂最大限度地回收金矿物,同时采用阶段磨矿的方式提高粗精矿中细粒黄铁矿-石英连生体的解离度。全流程闭路试验获得了金11.56 g/t、硫34.94%的金硫精矿,金回收率72.75%、硫回收率73.33%。

The gold grade of run-of-mine ores is only 1.05 g/t in the rock gold deposit that is high quartz vein type with poor sulfur content,and most of the gold is invisible embedded in the form of atomic state lattice gold in the lattice of pyrites.According to the fact of the unhomogeneous embedding of the gold-bearing minerals( pyrites) in the rock gold deposit and part of micro-fine pyrite growing with or being wrapped in fine gangue particles, experiments chose to use a direct flotation process to obtain a high grade gold and sulfur concentrate.The flowsheet employs com-bined collectors to maximize gold recovery as well as a staged grinding process to improve the disintegration of pyrite and quartz association in roughing concentrates.The all-the-way closed circuit experiment results in a gold and sulfur concentrate with gold grade of 11.56 g/t,sulfur grade of 34.94%,gold recovery rate of 72.75%and sulfur recovery rate of 73.33 %.
