针对某黄金冶炼公司的含氰贫液特点,以达标排放为主要目的,采用长春黄金研究院自主研发的3R-O净化回收系统、Colt’ s酸法再生回收系统、除砷系统以及深度治理系统进行了综合治理技术研究。研究结果表明:3R-O净化回收系统可回收贫液中98%以上的氰化物;Colt’ s酸法再生回收系统可去除95%的硫氰酸盐,再生回收75%的氰化物;除砷系统中砷的去除率可达99%;深度处理系统可使处理后的尾液中各污染物质量浓度稳定达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》中的一级标准。

According to the characteristics of the cyanide lean solution in one gold smelting company,Changchun Gold Research Institute has devised the self-developed 3R-O purification and recovery system,Colt's acid regenera-tion recovery system,arsenic removal system,and intensive treatment system as a comprehensive treatment technique study for the company to meet the emission standard.The results show that 3R-O system of purification and recovery can recover more than 98 % of the cyanide from the lean solution;Colt's acid regeneration recovery system removes 95 %thiocyanate,and recycles 75 %cyanide;arsenic removal system removes up to 99 % arsenic;intensive treat-ment system can further purify the tailing solution makingthe concentration of each pollutant reach a stable First Class Standard consistent with the GB 8918-1996"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard".
