针对长山壕金矿含镍较高电积金泥的特殊性质,进行了各条件除杂试验及工业应用。通过采用硝酸分段除杂的化学提纯方法,即硝酸3次除杂—氯化钠沉淀银—氢氧化钠沉淀镍工艺流程,获得了较好的技术指标。在大规模工业生产中,金锭成色达到94%,相比采用火法冶炼的合质金成色63%~65%,生产技术指标大幅度提高。

As electrolyzed gold mud bears certain amount of Ni in Changshanhao Gold Mine,various purification tests are carried out as well as industrial applications.Staged impurity removal by nitric acid process is applied,i.e. trice impurity removal by nitric aicd-Ag precipitation with NaCl-Ni precipitation with NaOH,achieving satisfactory indexes.The fineness of gold ingots reaches 94%in large scale industry production and is significantly improved con-sidering the fineness of 63 %to 65 %in pyrometallurgical ways.
