采用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱法( LA-ICP-MS)准确测定硫化物矿物中铂族元素( PGEs)含量的研究是一项分析测试技术难题,其最大难点在于合成理想的PGEs标准物质而用于分析测试中的校正。该文将国内外报道的硫化物标准物质研制方法进行了汇总、分类和归纳,并分别列出各种方法的可取与不足之处,以供合成研究参考。

Quantitative determination of platinum group elements ( PGEs) by Laser Ablation-Inductively Cou-pled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry ( LA-ICP-MS) is a huge challenge for geochemists due to the lack of ideal PGEs-containing sulfide calibration standards.Many researchers have made great efforts to synthesize their own sulfide cali-bration standards for accurate determination of PGEs and other trace elements in natural sulfide minerals.A series of synthesis methods,published both domestic and abroad,of sulfide calibration standards were listed,classified and con-cluded in this paper.Additionally,the merits and demerits of each method were pointed out for reference.
