印尼某金矿矿石属于难选冶金矿石。矿石中金主要呈微细粒嵌布,既有硫化物包裹金,又有脉石包裹金。针对该矿的矿石性质,进行了单一浮选、直接氰化、氰化—浸渣浮选、焙烧—氰化探索试验。其结果表明:采用单一浮选或氰化工艺,金回收率均偏低;采用氰化—浸渣浮选、焙烧—氰化工艺处理,均可获得较高的金回收率。

One gold ore from Indonesia belongs to refractory ores.The gold in ores mainly takes on the dissemina-ted fine-grained form,locked either in sulfide or in gangue.According to the ore property,single flotation,straight cya-nidation,cyanidation-residue flotation,and roasting-cyanidation processes are explored.The results show that nei-ther single flotation nor cyanidation is satisfactory in gold recovery rate;the recovery of gold can be higher by cyanida-tion-residue flotation process or roasting-cyanidation process.
