空压机作为大能耗设备在工矿企业中普遍应用,改善其运行工况是节能降耗的有效途径. 简述了空压机变频节能系统,重点探析了利用单片机、变频器、上位PC机构建控制系统,实现单片机控制电动机多段速变频调速,降低电动机运行功率,保持供气系统气压恒定,最终达到节能的效果.

The air compressor is commonly used in mining enterprises.It consumes large amounts of energy,mak-ing its renovation an effective way to cut energy consumption in mines.The paper introduces the frequency conversion system and explores controller system construction based on microcontroller, frequency conversion system and upper PC.Multi-level frequency conversion in electromotor controlled by microcontroller is achieved,operation power is re-duced,pressure of air-feeding system is maintained,finally reaching the outcome of energy saving.
