利用细菌氧化过程中主要载金矿物黄铁矿及毒砂发生的氧化还原反应,根据生物氧化厂原料中砷、铁、硫含量及其氧化率计算出的生物氧化作业理论耗氧量,并以此作为含砷金精矿细菌氧化预处理作业选择鼓风机的基础数据. 通过现场数据及计算数据对比可知,不能简单地按生产规模或充气系数来选择细菌氧化预处理作业鼓风机风量,宜将氧气利用率作为主要的设计参数,新项目设计时氧气利用率≤30 %为宜.

According to the oxidation reduction reaction formula between main gold-bearing pyrite and arsenopy-rite during the process of bacteria oxidation,the theoretical oxygen consumption of bio-oxidation is calculated based on the contents of arsenic,iron and sulfur in the raw materials in bio-oxidation plant as well as their oxidation rates.The data are used as fundamental data for choosing air blower in the bacterial oxidation pretreatment of arsenic gold con-centrates.The comparison of field data and calculation data indicates that it is not proper to simply select the air flow amount of air blowers according to the production scale or the inflation rate,but the oxygen utilization rate should be the primary design parameter and the utilization rate in new project design should be less than 30 %.
