以汤丹铜矿全尾砂为试验材料,通过室内试验观察该尾砂在胶结与非胶结状态下的自然沉缩现象,研究了全尾砂的沉缩特性与规律,分析了不同料浆浓度、水泥添加量对沉缩性能的影响。结果表明,同等水泥含量条件下,浓度越高,料浆的沉缩率越小;在相同浓度条件下,沉缩率随着水泥添加量的增加而逐渐减少。料浆浓度和水泥添加量对沉缩率都有影响,但料浆浓度的影响更加显著。在满足充填体所需强度条件下,建议采用料浆浓度不小于70%、水泥添加量不小于150 kg/m3的料浆进行充填。

In this paper,the unclassified tailings in Tangdan Copper Mine was taken as experimental materials, whose natural shrinkage phenomena were observed under cemented and non-cemented state through laboratory experi-ments. The paper studied the shrinkage characteristics and rules of the unclassified tailings and analyzed the influence different slurry density and cement addition had on shrinkage performance. The results showed that with the same ce-ment content,the higher the density, the smaller the slurry shrinkage; with the same density, the more cement was added,the less shrinkage rate became. The density of slurry and addition of cement had an impact on the shrinkage rate,but the impact of the slurry density was more significant. On the premise of sufficient strength for filling body,it was recommended that the slurry density be not less than 70 %,and the addition of cement not less than 150 kg/m3 for filling.
