标准物质标准值的不确定度可以用扩展的合成不确定度估算,但如何选取不确定度分量,目前还没有统一的评定方法。该文系统分析了以多家实验室联合定值为基础的常量金标准物质定值的不确定度来源,确定了样品均匀性、定值测试方法的适用性和分析过程产生的不确定度为主要分量,提出了以多个实验室测试结果平均值的测量不确定度作为第1部分不确定度,以定值分析方法之间的不确定度作为第2部分不确定度,以样品均匀性对不确定度的贡献作为第3部分不确定度,以上三者合成值作为合成不确定度,以95%置信度下的t检验参数为扩展系数,以扩展的合成不确定度作为常量金标准物质标准值不确定度评定值。该方法应用于甘肃省文县阳山金矿常量金标准物质标准值不确定度的计算,取得了令人满意的结果。

Uncertainty of certified reference materials can be estimated by the extended synthetic uncertainty,but there is no current universal assessment method for the selection of uncertainty sources. This paper gives an overall study on the uncertainty origin of the ore gold reference materials based united certification analyses from many labora-tories,identifying homogeneity,the applicability of determination test method and the uncertainty generated in the ana-lytical process as the sources of uncertainty. Tests take the measurement uncertainty of the average value of several lab test results as the first part of uncertainty;the uncertainty between determination analysis methods as the second part;and the contribution heterogeneity has made to the uncertainty as the third part. The synthetic values of all three make are the synthetic uncertainty. Extended synthetic uncertainty is taken as the assessment value of ore gold reference ma-terials,and t test parameter under 95% confidence level is taken as the extension coefficient. The method is applied to calculate the ore gold samples uncertainty in Yangshan Gold Mine,obtaining satisfactory results.
