针对紫金山金铜矿低品位金矿石进行了常规颚式破碎机和高压辊磨机两种不同破碎方式下细粒级产品的全泥氰化浸出试验研究. 其结果表明:高压辊磨机较常规颚式破碎机产品粒度更细,-0 . 074 mm粒级产率高7 . 23 %;相同氰化浸出条件下,高压辊磨机( 8 . 5 MPa、13 . 5 MPa )-0. 15 mm的细粒级金浸出率能提高约2. 3 百分点和4. 5 百分点;进一步采用球磨机细磨至-0 . 074 mm达92 %后,目的金矿物基本单体解离,两种破碎方式对后续细磨后金浸出效果的影响相差不大;这也表明高压辊磨机对于略粗粒级产品的影响较大,对改善金矿石的浸出效果具有积极的促进作用.

Through the all-sliming cyanidation leaching experiments on fine-particle products of Zijinshan low-grade gold ore crushed by different comminution processes,influences of conventional jaw crusher and high pressure grinding rolls ( HPGR) have on the leaching rate of low grade gold ore were studied. The result shows that the prod-ucts of HPGR is finer than those of conventional jaw crusher,and the content of -0. 074 mm is about 7. 23% higher. At the same time,the gold leaching rate of -0. 15 mm fine particles by HPGR(8. 5 MPa、13. 5 MPa) under the same conditions can be increased by 2. 3 percentage points and 4. 5 percentage points. But with gold further grinded to-0. 074 mm above 92 %,the point where gold mineral is almost dissociated,the outcome of gold leaching rate from different comminution processes becomes similar. This also shows that HPGR has a bigger influence on coarse particle product and a positive effect on improving the leaching performance for gold ores.
