针对难处理含金硫酸渣进行了硫酸盐化焙烧—氯盐浸出试验研究,考察了硫酸体积分数、硫酸用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、焙烧促进剂用量对焙烧效果的影响,以及氯酸钠用量、氯化钠用量、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间对浸出效果的影响. 试验结果表明:在硫酸用量为1. 6 t/t渣,硫酸溶液体积分数为60 %,焙烧温度为500 ℃,焙烧添加剂RS-1用量为50 kg/t,焙烧时间为80 min时,焙烧效果最好;在NaClO3用量为100 kg/t, NaCl用量为70 kg/t,浸出温度为80 ℃,液固比为3. 5:1,浸出时间为3 h时,浸出效果最佳;其最终试验得到浸渣中金品位为1. 80 g/t,浸出率为95 . 01 %.

Sulfatizing roasting-chlorine salt leaching of refractory gold-containing slag from sulfuric acid produc-tion have been investigated. The effects of the volume fraction and dosage of sulfuric acid,the roasting time and tem-perature,the dosage of RS-1 on roasting have been studied; and the effects dosage of NaClO3 and NaCl,leaching time and temperature,liquid-solid ratio have on leaching. The results show that when the dosage of sulfuric acid was 1. 6 t/tslag,the volume fraction was 60 %,the roasting temperature was 500 ℃,the dosage of RS-1 was 50 kg/t,the roasting time was 80 min,the effect of roasting was the best;and when the dosage of NaClO3 is 100 kg/t and NaCl is 70 kg/t,the leaching temperature is 80 ℃,the liquid-solid ratio is 3. 5:1,the leaching time is 3 h,the leaching effect is the best. The gold grade of the slag is 1. 80 g/t and the leaching rate can reach as high as 95. 01 % in the final test.
