针对赤泥的硫酸高压浸出液的性质,进行了P204萃取试验研究。通过考察萃取剂体积分数、萃取温度、水相中硫酸浓度等因素对钪、铁萃取分离的影响,得出了最佳萃取条件为萃取温度35℃,水相硫酸浓度4 mol/L,萃取剂体积分数5%,O/A=1∶3,萃取时间15 min,转速230 r/min,10级萃取;在最佳条件下,钪、铁分离效果较好,钪萃取率为92.10%、铁萃取率为1.13%。负载有机相经10级4 mol/L盐酸洗涤,杂质Fe的去除率为97.88%,钪损失率为0.24%;这表明P204能够很好地将萃取原液中的钪与杂质金属铁分离。

In this paper,P204 extraction experimental study is carried out according to the property of the high-pressure sulfuric acid leach solution of red mud.The experiment investigated the influence that different extractant MVF,extraction temperature,and sulfuric acid concentration in water phase have on the extraction separation of scan-dium and iron, and optimum conditions were obtained, namely the extraction temperature of 35 ℃, extraction agent concentration of 5 %,O/A =1∶3,time of 15 min,rotation speed of 230 r/min and 10-stage extraction; under the conditions,the separation effect of scandium and iron is satisfactory with scandium extraction rate of 92.10%and iron extraction rate of 1.13%.After 10-stage cleansing by hydrochloric acid of loaded organic phase,removal rate of iron, as impurity,is 97.88 %and loss rate of scandium is 0.24 %.The results show that P204 is effective in separation of scandium and iron in extraction solutions.
