采用柠檬酸三钠-甲醛双还原体系进行了纳米金溶胶的制备,研究了不同试验条件下金溶胶的粒度分布,并确定了最佳工艺参数。试验结果表明,采用双还原体系,以PVP为保护剂,在最佳工艺条件下,可制备分散度较高的金溶胶,其粒度可达到10~20 nm。

The preparation of nanogold colloid was performed by the sodium citrate-formaldehyde double reduc-tion system.The particle size distribution of nanogold colloid in different testing conditions was explored and the opti-mal process parameters were determined.Experimental results showed that,with PVP as protective agent,a gold colloid with relatively high dispersion degree of which the particle diameter can be 10 nm to 20 nm can be achieved under op-timal process conditions by the double reduction system.
