某黄金矿山采用氰化工艺进行提金,氰化尾渣再进行选铅.随着该矿山氰化工艺的扩产改造,后续的氰渣选铅流程处理能力日显不足.鉴于此,对该矿山选铅系统进行了扩产改造及工艺参数优化的生产实践,经给矿、药剂制度、规范操作等多方面的联合改造,铅精矿铅品位提高了近7百分点,富集比提高4~5,取得了显著的经济效益.该矿山扩产改造的成功经验可为其他同类矿山提供借鉴.

Cyanidation process is adopted in one gold mine to extract gold before lead is separated from the tail-ings.With the expansion of the cyanidation process in the mine,the subsequent lead separation from the tailings is in-sufficient in capability.Due to this,an expansion to the lead separation system is carried out and the process parame-ters are optimized.Through combined renovation of feeding, agent regime, operation regulation and so on, the lead grade in lead concentrates is increased by nearly 7 percentage points,the enrichment ratio by 4 to 5,achieving signifi-cant economic profits.The successful experience can be referred to by similar mines.
