随着全球对废气、废水和固体废弃物排放的环保规定日益严格,传统火法冶炼技术对含砷硫化铜矿的处理已很难达到环保要求,因此开发高效环保的硫化铜矿处理工艺流程已经成为一个重要的研究课题.该文简要介绍了典型含砷硫化铜矿——硫砷铜矿的性质,详细分析了硫砷铜矿热压浸出技术的主要工艺,包括热压硫酸盐体系、Platsol?工艺、NSC工艺、Dynatec工艺、CESL工艺,并对其优缺点、研究现状及进展进行了阐述,同时对比了热压浸出技术与其他处理工艺技术的工程化应用可行性.

Due to increasingly stringent environmental regulations for gaseous ,aqueous and solid waste emissions , conventional smelting technology treating copper sulfide ores containing arsenic is powerless to meet the environmental requirements .Therefore ,the development of an efficient environment friendly treatment process of copper sulfide con-centrates has become a research focus .The paper briefly introduced the property of a typical copper sulfide ore contai-ning arsenic ,namely enargite ,elaborated major processes of pressure oxidation leaching technology of enargites ,inclu-ding pressure oxidation of sulfate ,Platsol process,NSC process,Dynatec process,CESL process,elucidated the advan-tages and disadvantages ,current status and progress of them ,and at the same time compared the engineering viability of pressure oxidation leaching and other treatment techniques .
