南李庄铁矿副井井筒掘砌过程中,根据矿区复杂水文地质条件、复杂工程地质条件,通过对水危害防治技术难题的充分研究,综合分析透水事故形成的机理和条件,在-129~-149 m水平泥质灰岩、蚀变灰岩和接触带溶孔等特殊地质条件井筒掘砌时,针对性地制定了“先截后探再堵”的防治水治理方案。通过工程实践,井筒壁后注浆封堵空隙渗流、中深孔探注形成闭合帷幕圈的防治水工艺取得了良好的井筒防治水效果,确保竖井掘砌正常施工。

Based on the complicated hydrogeological and engineering geological conditions in the digging and sur-facing process of the auxiliary shaft wellbore in Nanlizhuang iron mine,the paper carried out a thorough study on the prevention and control technology of water hazard and comprehensively analyzed the forming mechanism and conditions of water inrush.And then a customized the strategy of"interception,exploration and blocking"was devised for the un-usual conditions of argillaceous limestone, altered limestone and contact zone dissolution pores at the level from-129 m to -149 m.Engineering practice shows that the technology that grouting behind shaft walls blocks seepage flow in interspaces and that medium-long hole exploration and grouting forms a closed curtain against water has a-chieved good water prevention and control outcome for shaft walls and ensures the construction of vertical shaft digging and surfacing.
