为解决夏甸金矿分级尾砂胶结充填系统分级尾砂供应不足、采场采充失调的问题,开展了全尾砂旋流器分级试验研究。根据矿山全尾砂产率、井下充填分级尾砂需求量,确定出满足充填需求的分级尾砂最低产率。设定不同的工作压力及沉砂管管径进行全尾砂旋流器分级试验,根据分级尾砂最低产率确定出旋流器工作压力及沉砂嘴管径。根据试验结果对矿山充填系统旋流器组进行了选型改造,实现了夏甸金矿采充作业的持续平衡。

Aimed at solving the problem of insufficient supply of classified tailings and imbalance of extraction and filling in the classified tailings cement filling system in Xiadian gold mine,the paper carried out experimental re-search on crude tailings classification by the hydrocyclone.The minimum output rate of classified tailings to meet fill-ing demands is set according to the output rate of crude tailings and the required amount by underground filling.The classification test of crude tailings by the hydrocyclone was carried out on different working pressure and sand-settling pipe diameter settings,and according to the minimum output rate of classified tailings,the working pressure and sand-settling pipe diameter were determined.Based on the test results,model selection and renovation were conducted to the cyclone units in mine filling system,fulfilling the continuous operation of mining and filling in Xiadian gold mine.
