青海某金矿氧化金矿石金品位3.50 g/t.矿石中矿物常见交代残余、包含结构特征,嵌布粒度较细,可溶性盐类含量较高,属中等可选矿石类型.为合理开发利用该金矿资源,在分析矿石性质和探索试验的基础上,进行了金矿石可选性试验研究.其结果表明:在最佳的试验条件下,浮选闭路试验可获得金品位57.01 g/t、金回收率81.38%的金精矿;金精矿中银品位24.00 g/t、硫17.64%、铁49.37%,有价元素得到了综合回收.金精矿产品光学显微镜分析可知,金精矿中主要矿物为黄铁矿、毒砂和褐铁矿,表明含金载体矿物富集效果显著.

An oxidized gold ore in Qinghai contains 3.50 g/t gold.The minerals are in metasomatic remnant and inclusion texture,finely disseminated and rich in soluble salts,which makes the ore have medium separability.In order to properly develop and utilize the gold resources,the gold ore separability is investigated based on the analysis of the ore properties and exploring experiments.The results show that under optimal conditions,closed circuit can obtain a gold concentrate with grade of 57.01 g/t and recovery of 81.38 %;silver grade in the concentrate is 24.00 g/t,the grade of sulfur is 17.64 % and iron grade is 49.37 %;valuable elements are comprehensively recovered.Optical mi crograph of the gold concentrate products shows that the minerals in the concentrates are mostly pyrite,arsenopyrite and limonite,suggesting a obvious enrichment of gold-bearing carrier minerals.
