中国黄金企业的地域局限性和产业特殊性积淀了自身独特的企业文化,同时其又是一个比较典型的劳动力密集型行业,企业中形成了相对稳定的不同群体,包括除党政工团等正式组织以外的非正式群体,它们对企业的各项工作乃至和谐稳定发展都有很大影响。因此,必须注重做好黄金企业非正式群体的思想政治工作。该文结合对黄金企业的调研结果,对非正式群体的形成因素、性质、类型、影响等方面进行了较为详细地阐述,并通过秦岭矿业公司妥善处理非正式群体的工作实践,为黄金相关企业做好不同群体的思想政治工作提供了有益的启示和借鉴。

The geographical limitations and industry particularity of gold enterprises in China result in their own unique corporate culture. The gold industry is also a typical labor-intensive industry. The enterprise has formed differ-ent groups with relatively stability,including some informal groups like Dangzhenggong League outside formal organiza-tions. These informal groups play a big part in every aspect of work and the harmonious development of the enterprise. Therefore,the enterprise should pay attention to ensure proper ideological and political work to informal groups of gold enterprises. Based on the investigation and survey carried out in gold enterprises,this paper describes informal groups from their forming factors,properties,types and influence,and according to the successful practice of Qinling mining company in managing informal groups,offers ideas and suggestions for enterprises in the work.
