红岭矿矿体是典型的急倾斜极厚大矿体,由于矿体倾角和厚度的限制,在采用阶段深孔空场崩落联合采矿法时,存在存窿矿量较多、矿石贫损较大、采场顶板暴露面积大、地压管理困难等难题。根据现代矿山发展趋势并结合当前红岭矿生产的实际难题,设计并提出了垂直走向堑沟出矿结构的盘区空场崩落联合采矿法。新采矿方法出矿堑沟与矿体走向垂直,矿体上下盘同时布置脉外出矿巷道,矿房空场采矿法回采,矿柱崩落采矿法回采,无轨铲运机连续出矿,深孔、中深孔联合崩矿等采矿工艺,并在矿山生产实践中得到应用,使得采场生产能力达1000 t/d,矿石贫化率和采矿损失率大幅下降,分别降为7.70%和4.66%,矿山技术和经济效果良好。

Hongling lead-zinc mine is a typical steeply inclined extremely thick and big ore body. Constrained by the dip angle and thickness of the ore body,sublevel long-hole open stope mining method combined with caving leads to the problems such as excessive ore storage,large ore loss and dilution,large area of roof exposure and difficult con-trol of ground pressure. The paper,based on development trends of modern mines and current field production prob-lems in Hongling,proposes and designs the combined panel open stope and caving mining method with vertical trench as ore-drawing structure. The ore-drawing trench in the new mining method is perpendicular to the ore body strike,ore-drawing drifts outside the veins are laid both at the hanging walls and the foot walls,the ores are extracted by room and pillar open stope and the pillar and caving method,and ores are continuously drawn by trackless scooptrams. Combined long and medium-long hole caving are used and proved in actual production increasing the production capacity to 1 000 t/d and greatly reducing dilution and loss rate to respectively 7 . 70 % and 4 . 66 %. The method shows a good technical and economic effect.
