针对甘肃某低品位微细粒浸染型金矿矿石性质,进行了细磨浮选、粗磨浮选、粗磨浮选—粗精矿再磨浮选对比试验。其结果表明:细磨浮选工艺流程试验指标优于其他2种工艺,可获得金品位21.25 g/t、金回收率85.80%的金精矿。该工艺应用到生产实践,获得了较好的生产指标,且经济效益显著。
According to the property of a low grade microgranular disseminated gold ore from Gansu,a contrast ex-periment is carried out among the processes of fine grinding flotation,coarse grinding flotation,and coarse grinding flo-tation-rough concentrate regrinding flotation.The results show that the fine grinding flotation process is the best,man-aging to obtain gold concentrates with gold grade of 21.25 g/t and gold recovery rate of 85.80 %.Practice witnesses a good production index with outstanding economic profits.
