在地球化学样品测试中,目前对Ag、B、Sn的测定基本采用WP-Ⅰ型平面光栅摄谱仪、译谱仪读谱方法;其操作步骤复杂,在摄谱、读谱过程中受相板质量影响比较大,对读谱环境条件要求比较高。该文采用改装后的CCD-Ⅰ型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪与WP-Ⅰ型平面光栅摄谱仪进行了对比,选用国家一级标准样品进行了Ag、B、Sn的检出限、精密度、准确度等实验,其结果表明:CCD-Ⅰ型平面光栅电弧直读发射光谱仪的测定结果优于WP-Ⅰ型平面光栅摄谱仪;该仪器采用CCD全谱单色器信息采集装置、中央控制器和数据采集功能,实现了摄谱后直接读取数据,完全摒弃了使用相板、洗相、译谱等过程;该方法具有分析速度快、分析结果精准、稳定性好的特点,可以一次曝光摄谱,满足1∶25万多目标区域地球化学调查规范要求。

In the analysis of geochemical samples,Ag,B and Sn are currently determined by WP-Ⅰplane grat-ing spectrograph and the reading is done by spectrum-interpreting device.The process is lengthy and the spectrograph and reading greatly depend on the quality of phase plate,requiring much from the reading environment.The paper compares renovated CCD-Ⅰlane grating electric arc direct reading emission spectrometer and WP-Ⅰplane grating spectrograph,and tests on the detection limit,accuracy and precision of Ag,B and Sn using first-grade national refer-ence substance.The results show that CCD-Ⅰlane grating electric arc direct reading emission spectrometer performs better than WP-Ⅰplane grating spectrograph;the device is equipped with CCD all-spectral monochromater collec-tion mechanism,central control unit and data collection system,and achieves direct data reading after spectrograph,to-tally giving up the process of phase plate,phase washing and spectrum interpretation;the device is good for its fast a-nalysis speed,accurate analysis results and stability.It can do spectrograph at once exposure and meet the requirement of 1∶250 000 multi-target regional geochemical survey.
