某高速公路拓宽工程自某铜矿西南穿越,压覆该铜矿扩界区部分资源.为此,矿山优化调整回采方案为维持原采矿方法和开采顺序不变,在V号矿体-470~-420 m、-420~-370 m 2个中段设置2个宽6 m的永久保安矿柱.运用Flac3D矿业软件,建立三维模型模拟既定优化回采方案,监测矿山压覆区范围内地表在回采过程中的位移变化情况,据此验证优化调整后,矿山压覆区内回采过程对地表高速公路的影响.结果表明:回采方案优化调整后,压覆区内资源回采对高速公路拓宽工程影响较小,保证了高速拓宽工程的正常实施;同时,铜矿压覆区内部分资源也得到开发利用,减少了矿山的资源损失.

A highway expansion project crosses the southwest part of a copper mine and presses part of the resources of the copper mine.Therefore,in order to maintain the original mining method and mining sequence,the mine takes an optimization plan to adjust extraction which sets two 6 m wide permanent safety pillars on the levels of-470 to-420 m and-420 to-370 m in Orebody V.And Flac3D mining software is used to establish three-dimensional model to simulate the optimization plan,and to monitor the changes of surface displacement in the overburdened area during the extraction process,based on which the effect of the extraction in the overburdened area has on the surface highway is verified after the adjustment.The results show that after the adjustment,extraction in the overburdened area has minor effect on the surface highway,ensuring the implementation of the highway expansion project.And at the same time,part of the resources in the overburdened area of the copper mine can as well be exploited,reducing the loss of the mine.
